December 03, 1854 ~ Sunday

3rd Sunday I rode to Binghams Fort & preached in the
morning dined with Bishop Bingham I found this
to be a flourishing place well calculated for a large
city farming land good & abundant their present
population is 100 families much wheat raised but
did not learn the amount the bishop had ownly 30
bushels of tithing wheat & 15 tons of Hay the remainder
