Farr Sergant at Arm Joseph W Young Messenger Wm Jones Foreman Samuel Alger Chaplain The New members were then sworn in viz O. Pratt W. The Governor met with us & remarked that He did not think it ne[ce]ssary for us to employ a reporter as we had good Clerks Moved & Carried that the Freedom of the House Be Extended to the US Judges Col Steptoe Major Reynolds & Capt Ingals General Rich, & Hon O Hyde.
