Legal - Deed to Joseph Young, 20 January 1870
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hands and seals this twentieth day of January A. D. 1870 Wilford Woodruff Signed, Sealed and Delivered in presence of Jos. F. Smith S. H. B. Smith TERRITORY OF UTAH, Salt Lake County, City. S.S. BEFORE ME, Elias Smith Probate Judge in and for said county, personally appeared the above named Wilford Woodruf and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above conveyance to be his voluntary act and deed, for the purposes therein expressed; and the said being at the same time examined by me, separate and apart from husband and the contents of said instrument made known to by me then declared did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that still satisfied therewith, this twentieth day of January A. D. 1870 E. Smith
