in and for said County, personally appeared the above named
Brigham Young Sen. and Mary A Young
both to me personally known and acknowledged the signing
and sealing of the above conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed, for the
purposes therein expressed; and the said Mary A. Young, wife
of the said Brigham Young Sen, being at the same time examined by
me, separate and apart from her husband and the contents of said instrument
made known to her by me she then declared she did voluntarily sign,
seal and acknowledge the same, and that she is still satisfied therewith; this
Sixth day of April A.D. 1871
