April 8. Conference Met at 10 oclok President B Young was
quite sick G Godard wopened By Prayer C W Penrose spoke
38 Minuts Orson Pratt spoke 45 M[inutes].


Afternoon W Woodruff Prayed. After which the Authorities
of the Church were presented & received Angus M Cannon
was Appointed the President over this stake of Zion and David
O Calder & [blank] His councillors. The Missionaries were
called after which John Vancott spoke 35 M[inutes], & Joseph
E Taylor 25 minuts
