Prest W Woodruff then addressed the
audience expressing himself in strong
terms "that the time had come when the
Elders of Israel must pratice what they
teach in order to effect upon the minds of
the people"—especially should it be or in
regard to the Word of Wisdom: concluding
with "I view you Brethren holding the priesthood
as chosen before the world was, to work here
upon the Earth to support his cause.
