Saturday We the Horses went back
4 miles Asahel & Owen went &
got them we thn Broak camp
& started for Grand Park
Clara was taken very sick
we had to travel over very
rough Ground a mile of
Cordaroy & stony Gr[ou]nd it
seamed as though it would
kill Clara she took a
severe cold as I did in
visiting the Deap cave we
had to stop by the way
side & Heat watr & wash
her feet & give her w[ar]m tea
we then Drove to Big Park

we had a thundr storm
