Salt Lake City, Utah, Dear Brother Brigham I received your kind Letter of Feb 18. And read it with Much intrest, But as I did not know whare a letter could reach you, unless at Snow Flake, so I have omitted writing untill Now I was glad to learn that you went on your return journey in safety, Notwithstanding Gibson wanted to interview you, I hope you will reach your field of labor in safety Brother Ray who has Labored some with the Maricopas is in Salt Lake to spread the [Sermons] Brother A M Tenney wants a Mission with the Maricopas Pimas Papigos & Yaquis I have laid his Letter Before president T & G.Q and they told me to give him a Mission there if he could get 2 or 3 to gow ith him, I wrote him at St Johns But I am afraid the letter was Stolen as I have heard Nothing from him in answer to my Letter I think the P O of St John is rather uncertain Emma Left to return home on the 28 of Jan so I have been alone since I am now where I last Met with you I Met 125 priests on my Birth day March 1, at the, T., 73 of which done work in Behalf of my
