Washington Utah To Prest W. Woodruff. Dear Brother Your of date Feb 11th Inst came to hand on the 20th duly receved and contents noted. I have to say in reply takeing into concideration my circumstances it seens to me that it would be wisdom for me to defer my departure untill the 12th of may 1888. At that date I will be on hand all beeing well. I would esteem it a favor if you would please inform me the amount of money necessary to take me to my Field of Labor and Oblige. Your Brother in the Gospel Gersen S Bastian P.S. Any other instruction you may deem Necessary for my guidance in that matter will be thankfully received G. S. B.
