Dear Brother:
At the September session
of the High Council of this Stake we
submitted the part of your letter of 6th
April ^in^ relation to distribution of per centage
of tithes, as compensation to Bp's agent,
Bishops and Clerks. The High Council
referred the matter to a Committee of the
Presidency of the Stake and High Coun-
cilors Jas. G. Bleak and Jos. C. Bentley.
The Committee made Report on Saturday
13th inst., which was unanimously ac-
cepted and approved.
