Letter from Andrew Kimball, 19 October 1888
President Woodruff
Dear Brother:
Today I received a letter
bearing date of the 14th inst. informing me
of the safe arival of Elders Hill and
Haslem who left here on the 10th inst.
for the Ind. Ty. They are in good health
and spirits. Elders Woolley and Ashton
returned to Briartown Cherokee Nat. from
a long and hard trip in the Choctaw Nat.,
a new field entirely, was wet a great deal,
and otherwise expose, both have been down
with the chills, Bro. Woolley quite badly,
but am informed that both are imp-
roving nicely again, the other brethren
are well. The season is opening up with
fair prospects, and I hoped to be able to report
some encouraging results it seems that all
the Elders must have a turn of sickness;
when ever they are better aclclimatized for
the ^hardships or^ endurance of that country.
Respectfully Your Bro. Andrew Kimball
