Rexburg, Idaho, Prest W Woodruff. Dear Bro, In reply to your letter of inquiry relating to the matter of Bro R L Bybee's I have been investigating the subject and find as follows, that as to the store account of $80.24, the Bishops Agent informed me that whe went to Menan while the 36 M I Agents were there and Bro Bybee pleaded with him not to interfere in behalf of the Tithing claim for he would secure the amount due forthwith by collecting outside accounts and paying the tithing office the amt due. as to the next matter I find that the animal claimed and taken from the Bp. was only credited at 900 originally, instead of 25.00 and there was no urgent measures taken to have Bro Carr to replace the animal although he was a mem- ber of his Ward & could be reached at any time. Bp Bybee was therefore held for that
