in Afton President W. Woodruff Dear brother as i have bin plased to prosid hear over a small Ward a: branch and - know how they are fixed at present by hearing their fehdings for me to write to you i do so hoping i am not dowing any wrong i wish to give you the tru condison of this branch of the Afton Ward we are located 15 to 20 miles north of that place we have not had a vised from our Bishop this long hard winter the snow has bin from 2 to 4 feet deep it is now 2 feet we have bin snow bound so we cant git out with wagons to get suplies for our famleys we have not flour to do us one month more and the brethern has no seed grain to put in this spring unless
