Presidents Wilford Woodruff, George Q. Cannon and Joseph F. Smith. Dear Brethren: Our new missionaries Elders Geo. E. Abel, Langley A. Bailey and George McCune arrived safe and sound at Fagalii nei [this], at 12 A.M. Apr. 26th. My wife had given birth to a son just one hour before their arrival and what with the anxiety and excitement attending that event without midwife or nurse, the arrival of the brethren and our mail, togeth- er with a box of good things each, all in our little home 26 x 15 ft. we were full and running over. Notwithstanding the noise and excitement, however, through the blessings of the Lord, my wife was safely delivered and is around again now attending to her duties. The baby boy—whom we have named Wilford Moroni—is also strong and well. This makes my fourth child born upon the sunny isles of the Pacific. I beleive I can claim the lead in that respect. The brethren had a pleasant trip down and ar- rived in good health and spirits. I received from them your kind favor of Mar. 29, together with the $250 sent to pay the passage home of Elder W. O. Lee and wife in case we thought it necessary for them to return. You have no doubt long ago received my letter of Mar. 23rd, giving you the particulars of sister Lees' case, and informing you that
