President Woodruff,
Dear Brother: There is a learned
Thoeological Prof. in this place, that is a
correspondent to the Papers east; states
in his articles, that the Mormons should
be guided by the established learning
of the present day. Now, at the same time,
he makes use of language and ideas
that are not his own, but belong to
the Elders in this Church, and my article
in the Journal, is the answer to hs remarks.
