Dear Brother
I recieved your letter last
evening and contents duly noted
and will say in reply that inasmuch
as I have been called to a mission
believeing it my duty to respond to the
call I will try and do so by the help
of the Lord to the best of my abbility
But as the letter did not reach me
till the 25th having being addressed
to Vernal Tooele Co I will not be able
to reach Salt Lake City in time to
go with the company on March 8th
But will try and be ready to go with
the next company if you so desire
Please let me know as soon
as you can for this is rather
