WASHINGTON, D. C., President Wilford Woodruff Dear Sir and Brother: In regard to the two Elders, men- tioned in your favor of the 4th June, as starting East on the 27th instant, I would respectfully suggest that they go to Robison, Greene Co. Indiana, and with the expectation of laboring in that Conference, ^one of them in the Ohio District, lately opened by Elder Armstrong.^ They will there see Bro C. W. Rockwood who has been coun- selled in regard to their respective fields, and will appoint them ac- cordingly. (Then route from St Louis, will be on O[hio] & M to Washington, Indiana, then change cars to E. V. & T. H. going north to Elliston 30 miles, then take narrow guage East to Robison. Inquire for Mr L.
