Dear Brother:
Your call
of July 6th received. I
accept it, but am unable
to state at present how soon
I can start.
My financial circumstances
are very embarrassing at
present. I will state them
and await your further
advice: Two years and a half
ago I bought my present
home—on time. I still owe
$17500 on it. I filed a homestead
on the land Dec. 1888, hence
cannot sell a portion of it
