Letter from George Teasdale, 14 September 1891

President Wilford Woodruff, & Council, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dear Brethren: Tuesday, Sep. 1st we left Colonia Diaz to be present at the dedication services of the Juarez Meeting House. Our intention was to be there on Wednesday night and attend the Fast Day meetings, but the rains had made the roads so heavy that we did not reach Dublan until after sun down Wednesday evening. So we stayed over at Dublan and met with the Saints on Thursday – Fast Day – in their morning meeting, attended The Relief Society meeting in the afternoon and held a Priesthood meeting in the evening. We enjoyed these meetings very much, an excellent spirit prevailed. On Friday, the 4th, we went to Juarez. In the evening we atten- ded a conjoint meeting of the Y. M & Y. L. M. I. Associations. They had an excellent programme and read a very praise worthy manuscript paper. On Saturday attended two public meetings, and held a Priesthood meeting of the Mission in the evening. The speakers at the morning meet- ing were Elder Miles P. Romney, Supt of building, who gave an interesting account of the manner the building had been erected &c. He was followed by Bps Geo. W. Sevey of Juarez, Jesse N. Smith, of Pacheco, and Winslow Farr of Dublan; and in the afternoon Patriarch Henry Lunt, Elders
