Pres. Wilford Woodruff—
Dear Brother:
I was called to start on the
fifth of July or the eighteenth
of September to go to Great
Britain to fulfil a mission.
The time being so short I was
obliged to ask for more time and
under the circumstances it was
granted.
In the same letter I was ad-
vised to communicate with
you when I was ready to go.
I will be in Salt Lake City prepared
to go with the company of elders
starting from that City Oct. 10th
unless I receive instructions from you
