Letter from Andrew Kimball, 13 September 1892
Malad City, Idaho, To the First Presidency Salt Lake City, Utah. Dear Brethren: I am sorry to report to you that we have another very sick Elder in the Indian Territory mission. About the time Bro Merrill left in August Bro P. H. Peters took sick. I had word today that he is bed fast. I am on my way north and will be away until the last of this month. will instruct Elder Nichols who is with him at Manard to watch very closely and if he does not change soon for the better to let you know that he may come home. This has been an unusual hard season on the Elders. I will write his family and comfort them for I know they are very anxious. I have full faith that he will soon recover and resume his labors he has only been there eleven months. The Elders
