My Dear Sir:
Allow me to submit to
you the accompanying MS. as
a proposed circular that might
be of use among your missionaries.
I have addressed it to Mr Tanner
& missionaries generally. If
that is too broad the heading
might be changed. But of
course my idea may not
strike you as available. In
which case I shall feel
perfectly satisfied with your
judgement and you can return
the MS. to me through your
secretary. I will call at the
door in a day or two to inquire
of him.
