Smith, Dear Brethren:- You will perhaps recall that sometime ago I suggested to you the advisability of engaging a professional Training Teacher for the Training Department of the B. Y. Academy. In this relation permit me to offer the following for your con- sideration: 1st, That we engage a professional teacher to take charge of our Training Department.
