President Wilford Woodruff Dear Brother, Some time ago I received a notice of a call for missionary labor. I have delayed my answer to see if I could arrange my financial matters, so as to get off at the time spcified Oct. 15th I am quite heavily involved owing to crop failure last year. And as the present prices of farm products are so low, it would be impossible for me to meet my obligations and get away this fall without selling some of my land or making other great sacrifices I have also recently lost my
