Payson President Woodruff Salt Lake City Dear Bro, I have a picture either at Bro. Savages or at the Art Exhibition which I have been offering at one hundred dollars and which I have considdered cheap at that price. I will turn it in on tithing at the rate of $7500 if you would like to take it at that price. This is more than I consider I owe but I can turn some on my brothers tithing I am oweing him some. The picture is two by three ft.
