Dear Brethren:
I enclose a copy
of a letter I received from the Bishop and
his counselors of Oaxaca. At a meeting
of the Presidency of this mission, Patriarchs
High Council & the Bishops & Counselors,
the enclosed petition came up and it
was resolved to refer the matter to the
Presidency of the Church with the request
that (15) fifteen families out of the
(50) fifty promised to strengthen this
mission might be sent to Colonia
Oaxaca, with instructions to commu
nicate with Bro. George C. Williams
who would give them all necessary
instructions. Bro. Williams' address
is Colonia Oaxaca, Sonora, ^via^ Bavispie,
Mexico. Elders B. Young and John HY
Smith have been there and are acquaint-
ed with the situation
