Wilford Woodruff esq Dear brother yours of Jany 30th informing me that my Name had been suggested and accepted as a missionary to Great Britton, has been Received and Noted, and in Reply would say I am Ready to respond to the call and will, be on hand at the time mentioned but if it could be aranged so I could go direct from here and meet the Rest of the brethern at some point in the East that you might Designate I would prefer it, as it would be quite a saving in the matter of Expenses however I shall hold myself subject to your wishes

Wilford Woodruff. Dear Bro, Yours of the 8 inst at hand; asking my feelings as regards haveing been selected to a mission to the Sandwich Islands. Letter from Willard Scowcroft, 10 February 1895
