Andrew Rasmussen & Severina M Rasmussen Paid for Divorce 10

Letter from Arnold H. Schulthess, Henry Reiser, and Herman Grether, 15 October 1895

Salt Lake City, Utah, Prest. Wilford Woodruff and Counsellors, First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of L.D.S. Dear Brethren: We feel to express our thanks to you for permitting the German Saints to hold a meeting during our last Conference. We had a time of rejoicing. Our speakers were—Prof. Karl G. Maeser, Bros. Eyring of Mexico, J. U. Stucki of Bear Lake, J. J. Scharer of Payson, Bishop Theurer of Providence, Bishop Brandley of Richfield, and Edward Schoenfeld of this city. Most of the brethren spoke of the good things which we heard at our Conference meetings, also of the prospects for new settlers in the various parts of Zion where they reside, and we felt that the Lord has greatly blessed us in our meeting together. Thanking you once more for your kindness towards us, we remain, Your servants in the Gospel of Christ, ARNOLD H. SCHULTHESS, HENRY REISER, HERMAN GRETHER, In Behalf of the German Saints.
