Cassia ^Elba^ Brother Woodruff Dear sir, your letter at hand. would say in regard going on a mission; if I wanted to go every so much, I could'nt: for the following reasons I am liveing on undeeded land, which I have got to prove upon with in a year: if I can raise $200.00 and if not then I will have to put a homestead entry on it; my indebtedness is about $300.00 with a family of 5 children. only help is a boy of 5 years. therefore I would ask to be liberated; your's in the gospel.
