from President Cannon upon the business of Building
Rail Roads [railroads] I put in a water trough in my Garden
I had some Mason work done in my House I am quite unwel

Rexburg, Idaho Pres Wilford Woodruff Dear Bro: The Republican party has offered Bro Wm F. Rigby the nomination of a Representative in the Idaho Legislature from Fremont Co. He has no personal inclination for the position but will accept it providing it meets your approval Trusting to hear from you at your convenience I remain Your Bro: T E Rick. It is not necessary for bro. Rigby to apply to Prest. Woodruff for his approval in this matter. All he needs to do is to get the approval of his Associates, they knowing fully all the circumstances. We are perfectly agree- able for him to accept, so far as we are concerned. J. F. S.
