Dear Brethren
in answer to your letter of June
17th 1896 I will say it is
agreeable with my feelings to
go on a foreign mission but my
circumstances are such that it
will be impossable to start
at once I would therefore ask
time in which to settle up my
accounts and shape my affairs
is such a way that I can go
and have nothing of this kind
on my mind I think Nov. 1st
1896 will be time enough. but
