Gentlemen:
I desire to convey to you the most sin-
cere appreciation of the Utah State Teachers' Association
for the kind and generous consideration shown
them in placing at their use for holding the sessions
of their recent convention the Assembly Hall of
this city.
This appreciation was expressed by
a unanimous vote of the Convention and entered
upon the permanent records of the Association by
the secretary.
