Gentlemen:
We are in receipt of your favor of September 17th and we regret to
learn that other engagements will prevent your acceptance of our invita-
tion to attend the "Festival of Mountain and Plain" at Denver on the 6th,
7th and 8th prox.
We desire to say we will be pleased to extend a similar courtesy to
you gentlemen at any future time that you may elect to make the trip.
We trust you will not hesitate to call upon us whenever we may be of
service to you in any way.
