I perused my Journal & found it to contain the following account of my
travels & procedings in the year of our Lord 1835 commencing the 13th
of January 1835 making one year 12 days excepted
Travled three thousand two hundred & forty eight miles 3248 miles
divided in the following manner From the 13th of Jan to the 28th of June travled 1808 m.
while holding the office of A Priest 212 miles in Missouri with Elder H Brown 212
656 miles in the Arkansas Territory 608 with Elder Brown & 48 alone 656 mile
940 miles in Tennessee 760 miles with Elder Warren Parrish 180 Alon[e] 940 m
Travled from the 28th of June to the 31st of Dec after holding the office of An Elder
in the States of KY & Tenn principly alone 1440. 1440 miles
the sum total 3248 miles
I held one hundred & seventy meetings divided in the following manner 170 meetin[gs]
While a Priest 10 with Elder Brown 56 with Elder Parrish & 4 Alone 70
And 100 after holding the office of An Elder principly alone 100
I Baptized forty three 8 while A Priest & 35 while an Elder 3 were Campbellite Speakers 43 baptised
And was A partner with Elder Brown in Baptizing 2 in the Arkansas
And A partner with Elder Parish in Baptizing 18 persons in Tenn & KY
I procured twenty subscribers for M[essenger] & Ad.[vocate] while an Elder & 4 while A Priest 24
& 2 subscribers for the Star
