March 17, 1875 Glory Halleluhah The Lord has herd and
answered our Prayers, and Judge J. B. McKean
is removed out of his place, and Isaac C. Parker of Missouri is appointed in his place as Chief Justice of Utah
and Oliver A. Patten of west Virginia register of the land
Office in Salt Lake City. McKean has been the most unjust
tyranical Judge ever sent to Utah, and we have prayed for his
removal for a long time and the Lord has heard our prayers
and answered them, and Praised be name of the Lord
It is snowing to day It has snowed almost Evry day since
March came in

18. I finished 11 Pages of the Geneology of the Woodruff family
to day I am some better to day I recorded 303 Names
in the Woodruff family Geneology
21. Sunday I attended my prayer circle at Noon & met with the 12 for prayer in the Evening
~ Monday
22nd I went to the Endowment House we gave Endowments to
some 35 persons D H Wells done the sealing
~ Tuesday
23. I spent the day writing the Geneology of relatives
~ Wednesday
24. I spent the fore noon in the Endowment House we Baptized
& Confirmed 270, W. Woodruff sealed 34 couple for the
dead D. H. Wells 5. I spent the after noon writing
~ Thursday to ~ Saturday
25 26, & 27. I spent the time on the farm I sowed 8 acres of wheat
on the 27, and 3 1/2 was not draged in I was vary weary at night Mary Brown Widow Mary Brown from Fox Island died March 26
