Abigail Poor Holmes

Abigail Poor Holmes (1791-1860) was born 29 Jan. 1791 in Rowley, Essex Co., Massachusetts. She was the daughter of David Poor and Abigail Carleton. She married Nathaniel Holmes on 16 Apr. 1818 in Rowley, and they had two children. She and her husband hosted Wilford Woodruff in their Massachusetts home in Jul. 1837. She died 2 Feb. 1860 in Georgetown, Essex Co., Massachusetts.
