Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) was born 12 Feb. 1809 in Hardin Co., Kentucky. He was the son of Thomas Lincoln and Nancy Hanks. He married Mary Todd on 4 Nov. 1842 in Springfield, Sangamon Co., Illinois. He died 15 Apr. 1865 in Washington, D.C.. He was one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
