Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (Franz August Karl Albert Emanuel) was seen by Wilford Woodruff on 8 Sep. 1840 near Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Middlesex, England, on 26 Jan. 1841 at the opening of Parliament, and on several other occasions while he was a missionary in London, Middlesex, England.
