Alma Pascoe Richards

1858-1888
Alma Pascoe Richards (1858-1888) was born 7 Mar. 1858 in Riverdale, Weber Co., Utah Territory. He was the son of John Richards and Martha Pascoe. He married Anna Maria Rasmussen before Sep. 1882. He was baptized in 1869. He responded to a mission assignment in 1887 when Wilford Woodruff presided over the Church as President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles after the death of President John Taylor. He died 2 Aug. 1888 in Lauderdale Co., Mississippi, and his murder was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff in his journal.
