Andrew Jackson

Andrew Jackson (1767-1845) was born 15 Mar. 1767 in Waxhaws, South Carolina, British Colonial America. He was the son of Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth Hutchinson. He married Rachel Donelson on 17 Jan. 1794 in Davidson Co., Tennessee. He died 8 Jun. 1845 in Hermitage, Davidson Co., Tennessee. He was one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work on 21 Aug. 1877 in the St. George Utah Temple.
