Anstis Elmina Shepard Taylor
Anstis Elmina Shepard Taylor (1814-1904) was born 12 Sep. 1830 in Middlefield, Otsego Co., New York. She was the daughter of David S. Shepard and Rozalla Bailey. She married George Hamilton Taylor on 31 Aug. 1856 in Haverstraw, Rockland Co., New York, and they had seven children. She was baptized 5 Jul. 1856 in Haverstraw. She spoke at meetings that Wilford Woodruff attended on 22 Jan. 1882 and 9 Apr. 1883 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. She died 6 Dec. 1904 in Salt Lake City.
