Aphek Woodruff, b. 1779
Aphek (Apheck) Woodruff (1779-1861) was born 11 Nov. 1779 in Avon, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He was the son of Eldad Woodruff and Dinah Woodford. He married Bulah Thompson on 25 Nov. 1801 in Avon, and they were the parents of Wilford Woodruff; widowed 11 Jun. 1808. He married Azubah Hart on 9 Nov. 1809 in Avon. He was baptized by Wilford Woodruff on 1 Jul. 1838 in the Farmington River, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He died 28 May 1861 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory.
