Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) was 6 Jan. 1706 in Boston, Suffolk Co., Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America. He was the son of Josiah Franklin and Abiah Folger. He married Deborah Read in Sep. 1730 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Co., Pennsylvania, British Colonial America. He died 17 Apr. 1790 in Philadelphia. He was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
