Britannia

Britannia, a national personification of Britain, was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff when he saw her represented on the Gold State Coach on 8 Dec. 1840 in London, Middlesex, England, and was also mentioned by Wilford when he visited the Nelson Monument on 12 Mar. 1845 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.
