Celia Thomas Parker
Celia Thomas Parker (abt. 1799-abt. 1845) was born about 1799. She was the daughter of Henry Thomas and Rachel Stillwell. She married William Parker, and they had four children. She was a member of the Damon Creek Branch in Calloway Co., Kentucky in 1835 when Wilford Woodruff was a missionary there. She died about 1845.
