Charles Edward Woodruff
Charles Edward Woodruff (1860-1915) was born 2 Oct. 1860 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Co., Pennsylvania. He was the son of David S. Woodruff and Mary J. He married Stella M. Caulfield on 22 Dec. 1886 in Washington, D.C.. He and his wife Stella met with Wilford Woodruff on 20 Nov. 1890. He died 13 Jun. 1915 in New Rochelle, Westchester Co., New York.
