Charles G. Plummer
Charles G. Plummer (1824-1895) was born in 1824 in Alfred, York Co., Maine. He married Ruth E. Carter, a niece of Phebe Whittemore Carter Woodruff, on 8 Nov. 1849 in Scarborough, Cumberland Co., Maine. He received a visit from Wilford Woodruff on 3 Mar. 1840 in Scarborough and was mentioned in a letter Ilus Fabyan Carter wrote to Wilford on 12 Apr. 1854. He died 17 Aug. 1895 in Dover, Bureau Co., Illinois.
