Charles Pulsipher

 Charles Pulsipher (1830-1915) was born 20 Apr. 1830 in Spafford, Onondaga Co., New York. He was the son of Zerah Pulsipher and Mary Brown. He married Ann Beers on 30 Apr. 1849; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 23 May 1838. He was ordained by Wilford Woodruff to be the bishop of the Huntington Branch of the Emery Stake in Utah Territory on 4 Jun. 1883. He died 20 Nov. 1915 in Elmo, Emery Co., Utah.
