Chauncey Mitchell Depew
Chauncey Mitchell Depew (1834-1928) was born 23 Apr. 1834 in Peekskill, Westchester Co., New York. He was the son of Isaac Depew and Martha Mitchell. He married Elise Hegeman on 9 Nov. 1871 in New York City, New York Co., New York; widowed 7 May 1893. He married May Palmer on 27 Dec. 1901 in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, France. He visited with Wilford Woodruff on 8 Apr. 1896 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah. He died 5 Apr. 1928 in New York City.
