Cyrus (OT)
Cyrus was the king of Persia who fulfilled Isaiah's prophecy by capturing Babylon and issuing a decree allowing the Jews to return to the land of Judah. He is a scriptural figure in the Old Testament referred to by Wilford Woodruff.
